Whew…another productive day! I was able to cook again for my parents, help organize and start on cleaning the back porch and get a bit of exercise in for the first time since I’ve been here. I’d say it was a Saturday well spent, Moscow Mule or not!

I was also having a random conversation with Keshaun yesterday and we were discussing wedding venues. Mind you, I have had this dream of getting married at this certain location in Louisiana that is quite expensive. I say “dream” because I can be pretty cheap at times and don’t like spending a lot of money, haha. Well, I mentioned said venue to him and sent him the link to look at it. Luckily for me, he fell in love! Now, I didn’t immediately get excited because he followed up by asking me for the price. I told him and all he asked was, “When do we pay the deposit?” 😱 (pretty much my facial expression of disbelief when he didn’t flat out tell me “no, let’s keep looking”)

No complaints from me…obviously!

Whenever the boy and I finalize our deposit and booking, I will share it with you! I certainly don’t want to jinx anything, or even worse, have someone steal our venue! 😂
