With fall season underway, it’s definitely time to start thinking about prevention and early detection, especially when it comes to breast and ovarian cancer. It’s never too early or late to know! I have recently discovered Bright Pink’s first-ever, digital and interactive breast and ovarian risk assessment tool, Assess Your Risk. It has helped more than 1 million women learn more about their risk, to help them better manage it! đ
Bright Pink is a national non-profit organization that uniquely focuses on prevention and early detection. What I particularly love is how it focuses on health instead of cancer. It allows one to make behavioral and lifestyle changes to greatly reduce their risk of developing breast or ovarian cancer down the line!
The Assess Your Risk quiz is interactive, free and easy-to-use! This year, Bright Pink is actually optimizing this tool to provide an enhanced user experience and also more personalized recommendations for risk management. This is a bonus, knowing that any information provided will be catered to you! đ
Be sure to check out assessyourrisk.org to assess your personal risk level for breast and ovarian cancers. Remember, the more you know, the better prepared you will be to take actions that can help reduce your risk. Click here to take the quiz!
It’s good to know some of the ways to better your health and hope for less of a chance when it comes to cancer. It’s a scary topic to think about, but one to be educated on. I’m glad you’re spreading awareness with this app.
Being aware of breast cancer and ovarian cancer is no joke! I will definitely check out assessyourrisk.org. What a great and simple way to stay in the know to protect yourself!

I agree 100% with you! I am praying for your mom đ
I will definitely try this Bright pink tool for the assessment
This is such a simple way to do a very important check!! I’m so glad we have ways to know our risk instead of being in the dark.
I will look into this for sure. I think it’s great that something like this is out there. I’ll tell family and friends too!
Such a great post to raise awareness for such awful cancers. Thank you so much for this. I personally always make sure to check my breasts at least twice a month, and I always try and make it to a smear test (Pap Smear) every three years. You just can’t be too careful, no matter your age!
Wow this is REALLY helpful. I’m going to check this out right now, thanks so much for sharing!
I can’t even say how important it is to make sure that you’re checking yourself for breast cancer. One of my friends was recently diagnosed and she was only 32!
I am taking this quiz, RIGHT NOW!
This is such an important thing to remember and keep in mind! Breast and ovarian cancer runs in my family so I have had the BRCA blood test done.
I love the color pink. I will wear it proud for this cause for ladies.
This is so important! I did not know there was an app like this, I will have to check it out. Anything to stay on top of my health is a must! Thank you for letting me know about it.
This is so amazing!! I had a rough summer with what was detected as high-risk ovarian cancer. Thankfully it was only a cyst, but early detection would have been key!
This is so neat! Itâs so important to take charge of your health.
Ooh this was a good reminder to check my risk! Thanks for writing this post!
