I’m not sure if you all remember me posting a Vegetarian Pizza recipe late last year, but I mentioned posting a pictorial to make it easier to follow along. Here it is in the flesh and I’m so excited to share it with you! As I did then, I used a couple of products from BetterBody Foods to make this happen. Now this recipe is already Keto-friendly, but a simple swap of the cheese for an alternative like almond or vegan cheese would also make it vegan! Follow along to see exactly how I created this masterpiece! 😁
You Will Need:
CRUST
TOPPINGS
Start by making your pizza dough, upon preheating your oven to 400 degrees.
Continue by whisking your eggs and water together, then add in dry seasonings, including the BetterBody Foods Organic Coconut Flour, and stir. Once done, add your batter to a pan greased with BetterBody Foods Liquid Coconut Oil.
After you’ve added your batter to the greased pizza pan, spread evenly with a spoon making each edge as even as possible. Bake until edges are browned slightly.
Add pizza toppings one by one, beginning with the marinara sauce.
Bake pizza in oven for an additional 12 minutes on 400 degrees, then broil for 2 minutes (or bake on 525 degrees).
Garnish with sea salt, dried basil leaves and additional oregano if desired and enjoy!
