I have never been one to want to blend in with a crowd – hence this eye-catching neon pink look!
I don’t believe in having a strict set of colors for each season. I think you should be able to wear what you want, when you want to. I loved playing around with these pigments to achieve this eccentric, original effect.
This was definitely an experiment, but I am thrilled with how it came out. I hope this tutorial inspires you to think outside the box and be extraordinary!
