Dramatic Makeup Tutorial with Belk Beauty

Hey beauties! I am back with another colorful makeup look, one that is wearable no matter your age. For this look, I used a brand new collection of makeup (both kits and pallets!) that I am quite impressed with…Belk Beauty! I used multiple items from the collection to achieve this look, which I will feature in a list below.
