A little over a month ago now, I decided to get another sew-in. I got one about 5 or 6 years ago from this hairstylist in Hammond. She did a terrible job. The braids were too tight and the hair was cheap. Needless to say, I took the hair out in 2 days…quick waste of $300. Besides that, some of my hair was taken out. I was mad. I vowed to myself to never get a sew-in again and to stick to temporary extensions, such as clip-in extensions. Now mind you, I have been getting free hair in the mail for years, recently bundles of hair, which required me to make clip-ins. I was sick and tired of that to be honest. I also have learned over time that hair extensions are a LOT easier to maintain since I am pretty regular in the gym. I did years of research (obviously lol) and finally found a hairstylist that I knew I could trust. She had done my hair in the past and one of my old coworkers actually gets sew-ins from her regularly. My main concerns were: not for my own hair to be braided tightly, the hair not to be cheap and for it to be well worth my hard earned money. After all of this research, I was ready to get another sew-in. I was quite eager to try the Cambodian hair bundles that Glam Angels Hair offered to send me. Be sure to view the video below for more info.
I absolutely love the hair. It was soft even after washing, bleaching and coloring it again (see the video above for more info on that). I highly recommend this hair! I definitely wouldn’t have it in more than 2 days if it wasn’t all that great lol.
P.S. I have read some bad reviews on this hair, as well as good ones. Each batch can vary. My suggestion to you would be to check the hair before installing it and contact them with any issues beforehand. If you can’t get in contact with them, I will try to reach out to them for you! 🙂
