Do you like to blend in with your surroundings? If so, this Military Jacket Dress by Maniere De Voir is not for you! This camouflage dress is sure to turn the heads of those that have no choice but to set eyes on you.
I have always loved this print because of its versatility and broad range of options. This pattern can be the centerpiece like I have chosen here, or it can be an accent on a more neutral outfit.
Camouflage represents a myriad of things to different people. The military is often what comes to mind first when people see the pattern. Did you know that even they change it up often, and each branch of the United States military has its own special camouflage pattern? It is so interchangeable, and I am here for it!
Although there is a great association with camouflage and the military, gone are the days of that being its only functionality! It is highly regarded as a pattern that has survived many American fashion seasons.
Not only does this dress stand out, but the classic jacket style is so flattering and adaptable. The zipper goes all the way down the front, so you can change the neckline to be as low or high as you want – whatever you’re feeling! If you want to wear it as a jacket, it also slays. The bungee cord waistband creates a slim waistline if you choose to go the jacket route.
When I was choosing a bag to go with this, there were multiple options that were stunning. However, instead of going with a safe neutral bag for this bold pattern, I decided to go bigger with this Saint Laurent handbag. I thought the black accents on the zipper and strap tied it altogether with the black in the dress! It is one of my most favorite bags and I use it often.
When scanning my closet for the perfect shoe to pair with this dress, I decided I wanted something with a little edge. When I set my eyes on these Go Jane Sneaker Boots, I knew they were the one! The great thing about this jacket dress is that you can send so many different messages with it. You can put it with a sneaker like me for a sportier vibe, or a heel for a more chic and sexy aesthetic.
Since I did decide to go big with the camouflage, bold bag and edgy sneaker boot, I wanted to keep it simple and customized with this sweet Adinas Jewels necklace. The necklace is accompanied by Kendra Scott earrings and precious Baublebar multi-colored ring.
Y’all know I like to go big or go home, and I did just that with this look! I adore everything about it. I hope I inspired you to put a little camouflage in your life. Be bold, and never be afraid to stand out!

Okay, so I LOVE camo, in the “not trying to go hunting” way!! 😛 I despise it when people from my hometown dress in camo for their backyard weddings, but I LOVE THIS! The hip camo is where it’s at!
Wow! I really love your style! Camo is having a come back and can’t wait to get in the trend. But hey, I love that neon YSL you got there. That alone is already a statement piece.
This is a great post! The photos are so beautiful! I found it very interesting! Thank you for sharing!
