One of the simplest ways to incorporate the 70s into present day style is to find you a nice pair of fringe booties, a fitted pair of high-waisted jeans and a blouse that is long enough to tie at the waist. The style I opted for this time is a windowpane blouse. The great thing about pairing this type of top with high waisted denim is that you can tie it high enough so that it appears as a crop top, yet the pants are high enough that your midriff doesn’t hang out smack in the middle of winter. This is a great style tip for my plus sized ladies! Rock those crop tops; just throw on a higher waisted bottom. It’s still classy, but tasteful fashion!
