In this short post, I’m going to explain how I cover my eye brows. It’s really simple; it just takes patience and maybe a little bit of practice. It took me 2 tries to get it right and I think I did ok for my first try (:
***DISCLAIMER***
I bought all products used.
Step 1:
Make sure your face (especially your eyebrows) are well cleansed and moisturized.
Step 2:
Tweeze/razor/wax as needed to create your normal eyebrow shape.
Step 3:
Using a clean mascara wand or clean spoolie brush, brush your eyebrow hairs downward.
Step 4:
Use a glue stick to “brush” your eyebrow hairs downward as well, using a thin coat of glue.
Step 5:
Take your spoolie brush again and this time, brush your eyebrows into their proper shape. Pick off mini “glue balls” as you go. You don’t want to wait until it dries to pick it, trust me. You will have to start over again.
Step 6:
Use a stiffer hand to recoat your eyebrows with another layer of glue. Again, pick the “glue balls” before they dry.
Step 7:
Set with powder using a sponge in a stippling motion.
Step 8:
Depending on the thickness and color of your eyebrows, you may have to repeat steps 6 and 7.
Step 9:
Once the majority of your eyebrows are hidden, apply a layer of concealer using a sponge in a stippling motion. Blend the edges, not the inside.
Step 10:
Set with powder to blend into your natural skin tone.
That’s it peeps! Seems like a lot of steps, but you get used to it as you do it more. Hope this helped! Stay tuned for my Alice in Wonderland tutorial! I will still do my Mardi Gras look for those who are wondering, so look out for that too!
