Whenever I’m back from a business press trip, it’s always right back to business as usual for me. That being said, it’s very important for me to stay on task so I don’t miss any deadlines. Part of how I ensure this is to stay hydrated while I’m on the go to help me focus and to just make me feel better overall. Himalayan Water helps me do just that, making sure I don’t get dehydrated in the Texas heat!
Since I do travel so much, it’s very easy to lose sight of my water intake. Himalayan Water provides me with the hydration I need on the go, and while I’m traveling!
Himalayan Water has a naturally balanced pH, bottled at the source, the base of the Himalayan Mountains. To get to the confined aquifer at the base, it takes a 20 year long process, going through rich layers of rock, sand, and clay.
Himalayan Water also contains electrolytes, which we all know are important to replenish after a strenuous workout. This especially comes in handy for me after my strength training gym classes!
I know that keeping check on my water intake helps me to stay focused and get tasks done. I am so grateful for a high-quality mineral and pH water like Himalayan Water to help me do that, keep me on track and keep me hydrated like I should be.
