I’ve recently seen a quite a few remarks about “eating up the house” or “not being able to stay away from the refrigerator or pantry.” Trust me, we’ve all been there, whether we want to admit it or not. Although the stay-at-home order here in Texas expires as of midnight tonight, there are many other states that will continue to have to do this, making it harder to stay away from the food and also commit to any fitness goals. Though the gyms may be closed, it doesn’t mean your fitness and weight loss goals have to be put on hold.
To help you reach your weight loss goals in the comfort of your home, Culinary School has put together this Weight Loss Calculator, in which you can enter your height, weight, age, and activity level. With this information, the calculator tells you how long it will take you to reach your goal weight.
It’s a pretty nifty tool if you ask me because you can play around with different numbers (e.g. workouts per week, meals per day, etc.) until you reach the desired time in which you wish to reach your desired weight. It’s a great way to waste time, in a productive way! 😃
With all the workouts available out there online, as well as Pinterest recipes you can make, the only missing piece is to have a calculator like this to put it all together. Seeing progress and reaching goals at the same time is always fun. We could all use some extra motivation and encouragement, speaking for more than myself here. There’s never too much of those to go around! Why not give the Weight Loss Calculator from Culinary Schools a try?! You can check it out here!

April was a terrible month for me. Technically I lost .8 lbs but still. Hopefully May will be better and your post definitely helped to motivate. Thanks so much for sharing this with all of us!
I badly need to get back into my workout routines. It’s really really tough to my mind into it. I hope I can restart tomorrow.
My college kid has helped me reach my fitness goals. He has been motivating me to lift more weights
Having real numbers to aim for helps so much in achieving goals. Seems like something worth trying out!

I agree, just because the gyms are closed doesn’t mean your goals are put on hold. But it’s so hard to workout at home when you have little ones!
