A while back, I posted a Morphe Brushes brush review and stated I had more stuff. Well since then, I have accumulated more stuff, palettes to be exact. For this post, I have chosen to show all my single eye shadows. For now, I have them stashed in an empty MAC palette with a clear top. Here are the colors I picked up! I did try to grab shades that I don’t already own something similar to and I did a pretty decent job.
Left to right, top to bottom: Brick, Orchid, Dazzling, Spice, Pink Silk
Aloha, B.A.M., Rosewood, Grape Day, Birthday Suit
I also tried to pick a mix of brights and neutrals…sort of haha. The actual packaging is actually doable if you didn’t have a palette to store these in because inside the envelope is a mini well that houses the eye shadow.
Color featured: Brick
The little well is no way a permanent way to store these, trust me on that. It gets quite annoying opening the little envelopes, especially if you’re trying to get the well perfectly into the envelopes every, single time.
Left to right, top to bottom: Brick*, Orchid*, Dazzling*, Spice, Pink Silk
Aloha*, B.A.M.*, Rosewood*, Grape Day, Birthday Suit*
The colors with asterisks are my favorites. They swatched and applied beautifully. Like all mattes, make sure you use a good base underneath for the best application.
These eye shadows also retail for only $2.29. Much cheaper than MAC, right? Not to mention they’re the same exact size and the quality is way better in my opinion. The Morphe Brushes PRO Palettes are even better. I can’t wait to share the ones I have with you, including the coveted 35O palette! Stay tuned!
