So this may be one of my favorite bright makeup tutorials to date. Today I have decided to do a neon coral, red and green eye shadow makeup tutorial. I don’t know where I came up with this color combination, but it just works. That’s always a good thing, right? A very simple way to make this more wearable is to use a fluffy brush, such as a MAC #224 to apply the colors and to eliminate the 2nd base I used. That way, you will have a lighter wash of color on the eyes!
