TRAVEL: Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa

*I was recently hosted at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in exchange for media coverage. All opinions and thoughts are my own.

As some of you may know, I spent a few days before Christmas in Las Vegas. The actual point of getting to the airport in Dallas was a complete nightmare. For one, it was the holidays, but hours before my departure, the airport was shutdown due to a fire. Needless to say, the security line was a complete disaster and I kid you not, it took me over 3 hours to get through it. Thank God Southwest held the flight for me, or I don’t know what I would have done! TSA Pre-Check is in my future, that’s for sure! I am thankful I didn’t let this mess up my beautiful trip to Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. Just see for yourselves!

While at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, we had a butler, something else I’ve never experienced. He was so nice and assured us he was available around the clock for whatever we needed. As an independent woman, I’m honestly not used to relying on others to do things for me, so the most I asked him to do was call in our dinner reservations, haha. It was still really nice to have someone to call on hand in the event I needed other help. Joe led us to our penthouse and I’m sure he saw the shock on my face once he opened the door…it was truly breathtaking!

THE MASTER BEDROOM

We actually had the blessing of staying in a luxury penthouse suite at Red Rock, which was called “Straight Up.” The entire experience was a dream. If someone told me I could experience luxury like this in a casino resort, I wouldn’t have believed them. I felt like I was in another country!

Upon arrival to our suite, I was greeted with the yummiest fruit and cheeseboard. I have no idea how they knew exactly what to place on it, especially with me not eating meat anymore, but it really meant a lot. This was definitely an indication of the positive things to come!

THE LUXURY LIVING AREA

The thing I love about this suite is that in both the bedrooms and the luxury living space, you can see this amazing view. It’s like a view of the city, just outside of the city. Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa gives you the convenience of being near the city, but the peace and comfort of being away. It’s the best of both worlds!

KITCHEN & BAR

Yes, my babies. We are still inside the Straight Up Suite. A personal bar inside your suite is almost unheard of. What a nice added bonus to an otherwise regular kitchen area!

THE MASTER BATHROOM

I literally want this marble everywhere when we build our house. Showering in here was an absolute dream!

The master bathroom, as well as the guest one, comes with double sinks and double luxury toiletries. They even had lip balm, which is so needed during these cold winter months. I actually carry it around in my purse! ☺️

THE GUEST BATHROOM

Okay, so there’s no way I can end this without talking about the toilet. Maybe it’s just me, but I am not used to a power toilet. The seat is really warm and I tend to sit there a while sometimes, so it was really comforting! 😆 There are also buttons you can press to “front cleanse” and “back cleanse.” NEED I SAY MORE?!

THE GUEST BEDROOM

The guest bedroom in the Straight Up Suite actually has double beds just like this (not sure what happened to the other half of the picture). Needless to say, the suite can house a number of people. Just think about it…family reunions, bachelor, bachelorette parties, family vacation, just to name a few!

THE RED ROCK SPA

While at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, we couldn’t leave the premises without experiencing the spa at least once, and Keshaun and I definitely did! We got the couples’ deep tissue massage for 80 minutes. The whole experience was very pleasant, from this gorgeous pool area, to the several places within the spa area to relax. We didn’t want to leave!

The Spa itself is open from 6a – 8p every single day. There are countless services offered, ranging from massages, facials, waxing services and beyond. There is also a salon portion, in which you may receive hair, nail and other beauty services. Before I forget to mention it, there are also hot tub and pool areas inside the spa facility as well. I couldn’t grab any photos since there were guests in them, but believe me, you’ll also want to take full advantage of those after your massage or other spa service!

DINNER AT HEARTHSTONE

Staying at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, you have the luxury of having multiple restaurants of your choosing to dine. Our butler Joe told us of this yummy farm table style restaurant called Hearthstone that we may want to try and “farm table” is pretty much Keshaun’s and my middle name! It lived well up to Joe’s hype and the appearance of the dishes. We were both very pleased. I didn’t need a tap of extra seasoning with any of my dishes, which says a lot about the chefs! I also appreciated that there were ample vegetarian dishes to choose from. Hearthstone definitely gets my vote of excellence!

PERSONAL DRIVER SERVICE AT RED ROCK CASINO RESORT & SPA

Another one of many luxuries provided at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is their shuttle service. We were able to get rides around Summerlin, around Las Vegas and also to Red Rock Canyon. One of our nights, we also hitched a ride to another casino resort in the area to have dinner!

DINNER AT BOTTIGLIA (AT GREEN VALLEY RANCH RESORT & SPA)

While in Vegas, we also had the pleasure of dining at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, which is an herb friendly Italian cuisine. Those of you who know me know that Spanish and Italian are within me somewhere. There isn’t anything about these cuisines that I don’t like! I went into this meal with above par expectations and was not let down!

Here I am enjoying the yummy Eggplant Parmesan. It was definitely a crowd pleaser! Keshaun enjoyed his Spinach Lasagna as well!

ICE SKATING AT GREEN VALLEY RANCH RESORT & SPA

Let me be the first to brag about not falling my very first time on the ice! I won’t say I didn’t scream and laugh a few times, along with sliding (not skating, but sliding 🤣) across the rink, but beyond that, I kept my balance. I didn’t go super fast though, that’s for sure, but it was a lot of fun and another bucket list item checked off!

I honestly can’t give you enough great feedback about Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. Everything was amazing, from the service, to the food and the activities. Don’t believe me though; just check them out for yourself! Even if it’s just a weekend getaway with your honey or with the guys or girls, this is a place you’ll want to stay and enjoy.
