I really love this look. That purple liner is doing it for me but the makeup is soft accentuating the purple on the lid and lips. I don’t have purple gel liner, what can you suggest I do as a DIY liner??
Sue, you can try a purple pigment and mix it with a eyeliner mixing medium or Fix +. If I’m not mistaken, I believe Milani has a vivid purple liner as well that you could try.
